Acceptable use policy.
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all services provided by Valora Cloud LLC. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate service suspension or termination.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use our services to host, store, transmit, or distribute: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors; content that incites violence, terrorism, or genocide; counterfeit goods or fraudulent content; malware, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious code.
2. Prohibited activities
You may not use our infrastructure to conduct: distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or any attack against third-party systems; unsolicited bulk email (spam) or phishing campaigns; cryptocurrency mining without explicit prior written approval; port scanning, network probing, or vulnerability scanning of systems you do not own; brute force attacks against any system.
3. Network and resource usage
You may not deliberately degrade or interfere with the performance of shared infrastructure. Traffic that exceeds your plan's included bandwidth is subject to overage fees as stated on the product page. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend instances that generate excessive abuse traffic.
4. Legal compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the services complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including export control laws, GDPR, CCPA, and applicable data protection regulations.
5. Reporting abuse
To report abuse originating from our network, email abuse@valoracloud.com with details including source IP, timestamps, and a description of the activity. We investigate all credible reports and respond within one business day.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. In cases of severe or ongoing violations, we may suspend or terminate services without notice. We will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and legal authorities when required.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
