Valora Cloud LLC (“Valora Cloud”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, place an order, or contact support. This includes name, email address, billing address, phone number, and payment method details (processed and stored by Stripe — we never store raw card data). We also collect usage data automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, provisioning events, and server resource metrics. We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state and measure site performance.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provision and operate your services, process payments, send service notifications and invoices, respond to support requests, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with subprocessors (Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for network delivery, our data center partners for infrastructure) only as necessary to deliver the service.
3. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations. Invoice and transaction records are retained for seven years as required by US tax law. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.
4. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@valoracloud.com. We will respond within 30 days. Note that some data must be retained to fulfill legal obligations or resolve open disputes.
5. Security
We use TLS encryption for all data in transit. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by multi-factor authentication. We conduct regular security reviews. Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the control panel at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
8. Analytics and session replay tools
We use Microsoft Clarity and similar analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our pages through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. This information helps us improve product quality, usability, security, and marketing performance. Data may be collected via first- and third-party cookies and similar tracking technologies.
